I don't really know the  use for these but they make a great place for perfumes.  I have sold  many of these.  This one is mine. Just sold one in my booth.      (they are not fun to paint)

A New Year Ahead

Off to Caddo to take down the Christmas things in my booth. It's a rainy cold day again. Hope this goes fast.  This is the part I dread. 

Cold and Dreary. Hope thursday will be good for Canton weekend.

Back to Normal?

Got everything on the inside packed up.   Yea!  But the outside I have to wait til after New Year's.   It's Crazy Griswald style.    So many lights and then their is the space ship on the roof!

I have so much to put away, I will start tomorrow packing up trees and ornaments inside. Outside will stay up another week. It's crazy out their anyway. So much to put away til next year!!! Yikes!!.

Found a few more things for the queen / king bathroom. Love this bird with crown, and the  metal crown I painted black.  Need another rug and towels.  What else? Hmm....   Any ideas welcome.  I have to keep some pink since my husband and a friend drug the pink 1950's toilet home found curbside in great shape! Need to paint cabinets and lightfixture.  Wish a chandie would go in there but I have a 5 ft. skylight in ceiling.

Fit for a Queen

 Present to me ! Got this from the "Junk Gypsies" . Finally a cool shower curtain. Wonder how "Mr. Shabby Junk" will feel about this?.  Going to look for some rugs and towels now.  I bet Hobby Lobby has something to go with this.

The bear in the middle, was from my daughter years ago. We went to London before Xmas one year.  It came from our favorite store" Harrod's".  I just love the Steiff look.

Oh it's cold today!

Ok everyone upstate will laugh, but for Texas, 42 for the high today is cold to us. Especially with the winds up. Feels colder.  Wish This heater was working.  Got at a flea market yesterday.   I filled with xmas lights instead, for outdoor xmas  decoration.

The Things We do to Please Our Grandkids

Tried to shop for Christmas today.   Had to go to  the dredded Toysrus!!  I have not entered that store since the 80's .  Of course not in stock after I went online to check and drove 15 miles.  My husband called to say he found by his work. WALA!!! The manly man in line with a pink vanity. Would pay to see that.  lol  It was the last one!   I feel better now.
