Yes I Did

Ok I know everyone said don't paint this, but I love white!!  I held off for 6 months and caved in yesterday.  It was an oak stained halltree.   I am a shabby girl, gotta go white.  Christmas is coming and I wanted all white furniture in this room.............judy

Finished mantle and moved it in. Not sure wheather I should raise it to make taller ?? Turned out better than expected.  It was black on  Friday and I deceided to paint Saturday.  Room is small and bed has to be cornered this way.     Any suggestions for this room??..............Judy

My Dressing Room

This room has been several colors.  Thinking hot pink!  Got this great clothing rack this weekend.  The legs are cast iron in my fav color.  There is a black wardrobe on the other side of the room.   This frees up some space in my tiny closet.  Love it!....... judy

Mantle to Headboard

Got this mantle on Friday at a garage sale for 30$.  It was  solid  black. The card in my camera went bad so , no before pics.    I deceided to change it Sunday.  I added beadboard to the back and painted and distressed.   It is my new headboard.  Now it is more my style.   Want to build up the  height .  Shabby!  ............. Grandma's Umbrella

Was at my mother in laws while she was tossing out some closet items.  She passed this my way.   I had to rescue it of course.  It was pretty tattered so I covered with some doilies.  I love the older umbrellas.  ......Judy
